COVID-19: WITH SAFETY IN MIND
We Remain Committed To Safety.
We understand and are excited that masking and other community level recommendations have changed for non-healthcare settings.
We are an aerosol-generating healthcare setting continue to observe safety guidelines as recommended. We also serve immunocompromised patients/team members and those unable to vaccinate (due to age). We continue to support and respect all of our patients, team members, and guests and will remain committed to protect those most vulnerable.
We will ask our visitors to be screened before proceeding with a visit. If you have signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or other infectious disease, we will reschedule your visit. If you or a family member have been exposed or in quarantine due to COVID-19, then you will be rescheduled.
Only the scheduled patient and 1 parent/legal guardian is allowed in the building. Leave any guests or other family members at home. If a parent brings other guests, then these persons will need to remain in their vehicle. Keep in mind that Arizona is hot - you must be able to properly chill your vehicle. Children cannot be left unattended by law in a vehicle.
We'll require everyone to maintain at least six feet of separation as they move through the office when possible. Please be patient with other guests as we all respect each other.
Any person that enters the office over 2 years old must have a face covering on before entry into clinic will be permitted.

THIS CHANGE HAS BEEN THE MOST DIFFICULT AND TRYING FOR US AS PROVIDERS AND FOR OUR PARENTS
For the time being, we may request that developmentally-capable patients enter our clinic areas independently.
If you would prefer an accommodation, please speak with our team. We may need to reschedule you or have you wait to accommodate this special request. Again, this is not how we prefer to practice, but have made this sacrifice for safety.
